Rachel is one of the most organized, informed, and thorough people I've ever managed. She always brings a bright energy to a situation and makes her clients feel very protected with her preparedness and consistent communication. She's always the first to advocate for someone who she's seen great work from and is always focused on bettering herself and her team to bring results to the business.

She is incredibly talented at understanding technical workflows and serving as a line of communication between highly technical teams and less tech-fluent audiences, which served her well in being able to keep highly complex projects on track. She develops great working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that she has the ability to not only help keep a project on track but also to propel it through any difficult situations that arise. She's great at understanding when to escalate to bring in additional resources so these moments are impactful and don't strain her management resources.

One of Rachel's best qualities is her ability to learn and adapt quickly. She is never afraid to ask a question and is willing to take initiative to figure out a new problem without getting paralyzed in the face of ambiguity. In my time working with her, Rachel actively sought out opportunities to expose herself to products and workflows she'd never been exposed to before and never allowed herself to sit back in her comfort zone and stop growing.

Rachel would be an incredible addition to any team and a particularly strong asset for anyone who has complex projects that need someone very proficient to manage.
